This warranty does not cover damage due to operator’s bad decisions such as, but not limited to: spearing hooks off of tree limbs and other structures, being stepped on, striking tree limbs, contact with ceiling fans, being shut in doors and/or boat storage compartments, normal wear, or any other form of “what was I thinking?” actions. Anything not covered by our Limited Warranty may be replaced at a nominal charge to the purchaser, provided parts are available and the product is returned with return postage paid.
